Margaret's Chocolate Brownies
MargaretDecadent chocolate brownies perfected by Nan's friend Margaret. These rich and fudgy brownies are a chocolate lover's dream, combining a moist and chewy texture with a deep chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tbls cocoa
- 1/2 tps vinilla extract
- 250g chocolate
- 1/4 tsp baking powerder
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degreeas.
- Melt 125g of butter in the microwave.
- To the melted butter add in 1 cup of sugar, and mix.
- When the butter and sugar is cool, add in 2 eggs, one at a time.
- Add 1 cup of flour to the mixture followed by 2 1/2 tbls of cocao powder.
- Add 1/2 tsp of vinilla extract.
- Add in 250g of chocolate.
- Lastly add in 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a dish.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips
- 30cm x 20cm dish is recommended
