Margaret's Chocolate Brownies

Decadent chocolate brownies perfected by Nan's friend Margaret. These rich and fudgy brownies are a chocolate lover's dream, combining a moist and chewy texture with a deep chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

• 125g butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 2 1/2 tbls cocoa
• 1/2 tps vinilla extract
• 250g chocolate
• 1/4 tsp baking powerder

Instructions

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degreeas.
2. Melt 125g of butter in the microwave.
3. To the melted butter add in 1 cup of sugar, and mix.
4. When the butter and sugar is cool, add in 2 eggs, one at a time.
5. Add 1 cup of flour to the mixture followed by 2 1/2 tbls of cocao powder.
6. Add 1/2 tsp of vinilla extract.
7. Add in 250g of chocolate.
8. Lastly add in 1/4 tsp of baking powder.

Baking

9. Pour the mixture into a dish.
10. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Tips

• 30cm x 20cm dish is recommended
