My beautiful grandmother (Nan) was the matriarch of our family. She was an incredible woman. This page is a way for me to immortalise her favorite recipes. I hope others can enjoy them as much as I have.
These recipes are part of a very special book that she custom made and gave to me a few years before she passed. I remember her giving me very strict instructions to keep it safe and to never lose it. To preserve and cherish her recipes.
This is my way of celebrating them and keeping them safe.
