Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  2. Grease a thin baking tray thoroughly.
  3. Cream the butter with the sugar (Machine Recommended)
  4. Add the sifted flour.
  5. Mix thoroughly by hand until mixture is consistent.

Baking

  1. Place the mixture on a thin baking tray.
  2. Punch the mixture down until flat and even.
  3. Place tray in the oven for approx. 1 hour.
  4. Cut into desired-sized pieces.
  5. Allow the pieces to cool before removing them from the tray.
